Talk to Echo
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Echo is built by a small team. Email is the official channel for everything, so a message lands with the people who can actually fix it — no ticket maze, no shared inbox maze.
Please keep passwords, API keys, database credentials and other secrets out of your message. If a build fails because of a key, tell us the provider and the error, not the key itself.
Where to send your message
Pick the topic that fits best — each one opens your mail client with the right subject line already filled in.
Billing & refunds
Invoices, plan changes, credit top-ups, renewal questions and refund requests. Cancelling a subscription? Use Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; it opens your billing portal.
Email billing →Account & access
Sign-in problems, workspace membership, invitations, ownership transfers and account deletion. Signed-in users can also use the support chat inside Echo.
Email account support →Technical support
Build failures, preview errors, deployment issues, provider keys and connectors. Include the project name, the steps that led to the issue and the run ID if you have one.
Email technical support →General enquiries
Partnerships, press, product feedback and anything else. Enterprise and custom plans also start here.
Email the team →Faster routes inside Echo
- Support chat — when support chat is enabled, signed-in users can open a support conversation from inside Echo and talk to the team without leaving the product. Open the support chat. Email always works, whichever way is easier for you.
- Guides — the Echo guides cover projects, plugins, workspace security and deployment setup. Read the guides.
- Billing portal — to cancel a subscription, update a payment method or review payment history, use Settings → Billing and select “Manage subscription”.
Policies
The documents that govern how Echo handles your data and your money are published publicly:
- Privacy Policy — what Echo collects, why, and how long it is kept.
- Terms of Service — the agreement that governs your use of Echo.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — renewals, cancellations, refunds and credit balances.
- Cookie Policy — the cookies and local storage Echo uses.
Echo is an independent product. We read every message ourselves, and we will always tell you honestly what we can and cannot help with.
